Meet Ana

This is Ana: Heart and Soul

Ana Isabel Sánchez is a certified ADHD life coach, ADHD coach trainer, and workshop/seminar leader. Using her own unique brand of wisdom, sensitivity and humor, Ana effectively co-creates a unique coaching partnership with each client. Ana will meet your energy and with humor, confidentiality and trust she will co-design a space to explore and discover your strengths! Her strong organization skills, endless curiosity and witty ability to think outside the box will promote the development of skills for life—your life!

Her second career emerged as she volunteered at her children’s school and noticed first hand how some children were able to deal with academic and social challenges in a resilient way. This discovery lead her to explore her newfound passion, allowing her to combine raising two young boys with her wish to help others work from an “I am Able” perspective. Life Coaching allows Ana the opportunity to bring all her skills and personality into one core mission: to help people step into bigger spaces and take active ownership of their lives. With a great dose of caring, sassiness and humor Ana inspires people to move beyond the barriers that have held them back.

Ana Enjoys
Volunteering at her kids’ school, listening to music, being close to the sea, planting her garden, playing with her dogs, and being with family and close friends.
